Open to emerging and early-career artists and arts administrators, this Fellowship offers a unique, experiential opportunity to work collaboratively with the staff of Filter Photo. It is designed to foster the professional development of an artist or arts administrator seeking to better understand and develop skills in the workings of a small non-profit.
The Fellow is required to work up to two shifts on-site at the gallery per week, as well as attend weekly staff meetings (which can be in-person or remote). They will also assist at in-person and online events and provide support for exhibition installations.
This is a 10 hour/week position lasting from June 1st, 2026 – May 31st, 2027. Compensation includes ongoing mentoring with staff and industry professionals (as available), in addition to a monthly stipend of $1,250.
